Who we are. SamSation is the movement practice of Sam Rabon, Los Angeles. For anything relating to your personal data, write to [email protected].
What this site collects. This website is a static site. It sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics, and has no user accounts. We do not collect, store, or sell personal information through these pages themselves.
Hosting. The site is served by GitHub Pages. Like most web hosts, GitHub may log technical data such as IP addresses for security and operational purposes. See GitHub's privacy statement.
Third-party services. Some parts of the site load content from services that have their own privacy policies and may process your data when you use them: Substack, if you subscribe to the newsletter through the form in the footer; Acuity Scheduling, if you book a session through the scheduler on the Coaching page; Spotify, when playlist embeds load on the Library page; Solin, if you follow links to on-demand programs; and Google Fonts, which serves the site's typefaces. Instagram and Substack links lead to those platforms directly.
Email. If you email us or join a waitlist, we use your address to reply and to share the information you asked for. Nothing else. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, handled by Substack.
Your rights. Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR in Europe and the CCPA in California, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data held about you, and to object to its processing. Write to [email protected] and we will respond.
Children. This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes. If our practices change, this page changes with them, with the date above updated.
